调研中，于梅实地走访了和苑街道康和园社区云浩悦生活和苑津姐家政服务门店，并详细了解了门店服务内容、人员配置和运营模式。

座谈会上，红桥区妇联、咸阳北路街道、和苑街道康和园社区和家政企业代表分别就家政进社区情况作了介绍。于梅充分肯定了红桥区在推进“津姐家政进社区”过程中创造的“1+7+N”工作模式。她指出，各级妇联组织要继续发挥桥梁纽带作用，积极整合资源，加强与相关部门、企业的合作，不断完善服务体系，以居民需求为导向，不断拓展服务内容，推动“津姐家政进社区”工作高质量发展。
