近日，受台风“蝴蝶”影响，广东茂名出现强降水和大风天气，市三防指挥部于6月13日21时00分将防风Ⅲ级应急响应和防汛Ⅲ级应急响应同步提升至Ⅱ级应急响应。茂名市公安机关提前部署，全警动员，抓实抓细各项排查风险隐患措施，为广大群众保驾护航。

截至6月15日12时，全市公安机关累计安排2000名警力值班备勤，其中8支巡特警队伍共400名警力集中备勤，安排320名前置警力到21个自然灾害风险的重点乡镇，确保接到灾情能第一时间开展抢险救援、群众转移、治安防范、交通管理等工作，安排救援应急车辆500余辆，冲锋舟4艘，橡皮艇17艘，救生衣2000余件，救生圈500余个，救生绳500余条，其他各类应急救援装备8000余件。投入交通疏导、隐患排查等警力1437人次，协同排查整治各类隐患风险244处，协助党委政府转移救助群众4329人。

茂南：“大爷，我送您回家”
6月14日8时许，风大雨疾，茂名市公安局茂南分局金塘派出所民警带队巡逻到智深塘路段时，发现一位骑摩托车的老人摔倒在路边泥地里，于是迅速上前救助。老人伤势并无大碍，但全身已被淋湿，其摩托车也因发动机进水而无法启动。民警联系同事开来一辆皮卡装运摩托车，同时将老人带回派出所安顿。因担心老人着凉，民警顾不上自己全身湿透，立即到附近商铺买来一套新衣服给老人。换上干爽的衣服和裤子后，民警又让老人在派出所吃上了一顿热早餐。经联系老人家属得知，其儿女都在外地，民警当即驱车将老人及其车辆送回到十几公里外的高州市分界镇的家中。

信宜：赴山区乡镇做好救援准备
6月13日，信宜市公安局提前派出巡特警进驻信宜市东、西部金垌、思贺、平塘、新宝、合水、大成等山区乡镇，加强对辖区的巡逻防控，开展台风来临前的风险排查隐患、涉险群众转移等工作，做好随时投入到抢险救灾工作中去的准备。

化州：迅速出警救出受困河中群众
6月15日6时许，群众报警称驾车冲入河中被困。化州市公安局平定派出所接警后迅速出警救援，抵达现场时，报警人的小车已被水流冲到河中央，其正站在车顶等待救助。民警穿上救生衣、手持救生装备游至被困群众身边，成功将其安全解救上岸，并带回派出所悉心照顾。

高新：连夜行动 转移群众到安全位置
从6月13日22时起至6月14日11时，茂名市公安局高新分局共青河新城派出所闻“风”而动，主动联系辖区企业了解受风影响情况，并协助中建二局将工地工棚437名工人转移到附近某羽毛球俱乐部安置，接着继续协助中建八局工地工棚304名工人转移到上述羽毛球俱乐部安置，并联系附近酒店、出租屋入住。目前，两工地工人已全部顺利转移安置完毕，工人们状况良好，无人员伤亡。针对工地厂房无人值守情况，高新分局继续增派警力，加大安全巡逻力度，确保工地无财物损失。

警方提示：
今年第1号台风“蝴蝶”虽已远离我市，对广东茂名市的影响逐渐减弱，但台风过后有些地方会存在山体滑坡泥石流、河岸崩塌等地质灾害隐患。所以被撤离的人员不要急着回家查看受灾情况，最好等居住地宣布安全后，再按照安排返回家园。更不要盲目开车进山，因为经过暴雨的冲刷，山区山石塌方、路基被毁等灾害的发生几率增加，此时进山危险很大。
