发现疑似种植罂粟
看到这个画面
民警们一刻也不敢耽搁
迅速来到赵大爷家排查
民警表明来意后
大爷解释
有偏方说这个能治病
他种来泡水喝
“对我身体好”
民警无奈地说：
“我进去看看啊”
大爷立马答应：
“可以！我专门种的！”
民警进到小院里一看
正是毒品原植物罂粟无疑
清点之后共有160余株
面对“证据”
大爷解释：
“喝了肚子疼好些了
我才搞的”

“它还是属于一种毒品
吃多了上瘾
你离不开它了”
一听自己居然误种了毒品
那还了得！

一、根据《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第七十一条规定：
非法种植罂粟不满五百株或者其他少量毒品原植物的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，可以并处三千元以下罚款；情节较轻的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。
二、根据《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百五十一条规定：
非法种植罂粟五百株以上不满三千株或者其他毒品原植物数量较大的，处五年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制，并处罚金。
非法种植罂粟三千株以上或者其他毒品原植物数量大的，处五年以上有期徒刑，并处罚金或者没收财产。
非法种植罂粟或者其他毒品原植物，在收获前自动铲除的，可以免除处罚。
